Who operates the site and contact
This notice applies to EM REWARDS WORLD. For questions, access requests or privacy concerns, contact the operator through the Support Center. Operator legal identity and additional statutory disclosures should be supplied by the site owner where required.
Account information
Account registration and use involve names or usernames, email addresses, credential hashes, login state, selected language, referral relationships and account settings. We do not need your wallet seed phrase or private key.
Activity and reward records
The site stores faucet claims, ACP/XP/Fuel and EM Coin balances, task completions, referrals, advertising actions, virtual miner inventory, purchases and withdrawals to run features, resolve disputes and prevent duplicate credit.
Payments and cryptocurrency details
Payment and cryptocurrency transactions can involve FaucetPay, CCPayment, NOWPayments, and manual Binance verification where offered. We may retain order IDs, invoiced amounts, chosen coin/network, payment references, payment status, transaction hashes and withdrawal destinations to match payments, handle support and prevent double credit. Each provider separately governs its own checkout data. For outgoing payouts, FaucetPay and CCPayment receive the destination and transaction details necessary to process or verify the transfer; the site does not request seed phrases or private keys.
Outbound crypto payouts and public payout history
When you request a withdrawal, we process your selected provider (FaucetPay or CCPayment), cryptocurrency, amount, payout destination, and for CCPayment any Cwallet ID, blockchain network or memo/tag provided. We retain provider request and reconciliation references, transaction IDs, statuses, processing timestamps and withdrawal history to prevent duplicate payments, investigate failed or uncertain transfers and provide support. Necessary payment details are transmitted to the selected provider under its own privacy policy. The public Recent payouts page displays the member username, redeemed EM Coins, cryptocurrency amount, approximate USDT equivalent, payout provider and date for confirmed member payouts only. It does not display wallet addresses, Cwallet IDs, payment references or emails; administrator payouts are excluded.
Technical and security information
Server and fraud-prevention systems may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser or device details, session identifiers and security events to protect accounts, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems.
Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions and prevent cross-site request forgery. Browser storage may save your language choice and interface preferences. Third-party advertising and payment systems may use their own cookies or identifiers.
Advertising partners and external links
The platform displays first-party paid banner ads as well as optional externally linked advertising, PTC and YouTube video campaigns. Banner advertisers submit image URLs or creatives, landing-page URLs and contact/order details. When you follow an advertisement or use a payment gateway, external websites and providers may receive browser/network details subject to their own policies.
Use, retention and security
We use information to deliver features, respond to requests, prevent fraud and comply with relevant obligations. Records should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable law. No online system can guarantee perfect security.

You can select EN/RU/ES, review account activity and contact Support Center to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information. Some transaction and fraud records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes.

First-party visit analytics
The site counts page views, anonymous browser sessions, referral-link landings and outbound referral-link clicks without Google Analytics or third-party analytics tools. It records page URLs, available referring URLs or domains, referral codes and timestamps. Query parameters containing credentials, private tokens and email addresses are excluded. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics table. Statistics are kept for approximately 90 days and are accessible only to administrators. Browsers may reveal only the referring domain rather than the complete URL; do-not-track and global privacy control signals are respected.
Banner campaigns and advertiser data
For site banner orders, we may retain advertiser contact details, submitted image/landing URL, purchased size, duration, invoice status, review outcome, display and click counts. Banner images are stored in restricted server storage; approved banners and their links are published in advertising placements. Public destinations can collect their own referral data when opened.
Payment confirmations and reconciliation
Payment providers may return order identifiers, coin/network, payment status and transaction references through notifications or verification requests. Redirecting back from checkout alone does not prove payment. We use these records for purchase fulfillment, reconciliation, investigation and fraud protection.
Connected services and account security
Email verification, captcha challenges and optional administrator authenticator checks may involve technical processing by the respective service providers. Necessary security logs are used to detect suspicious access; never provide account passwords or recovery phrases through support.
Loot Box order and prize records
We keep the tier, quoted price, order reference, payment verification records, randomly selected prize, delivery state and applicable Fuel reserve needed to prevent duplicate grants and resolve support requests. Cryptocurrency processing is handled by the payment provider subject to its own policies.
